TOURIST TAX: According to decree law N. 23, dated 14/03/2011, a municipal tourist tax will apply, starting from April, 1st 2012, on accommodation in hotels and B&B for non-residents, amounting to Euro 1,00 per day per person for the first four days. The tax will be collected by the hotel staff, separately, in cash.

For children from 3 to 7 years: + 20%
For children from 8 to 14 years: + 35%
For adults: + 50%

For one-night stays a 20% additional charge applies

CANCELLATION POLICY
At booking, we ask for a card pre-authorization for the amount of the first night accommodation

Cancellation from 29 days to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount
Cancellation from 2 weeks to arrival date: the total amount

The price include:
bed linens and towels, access to the swimming-pool, air-conditioning, electricity, water and gas consumption, daily maid service for the common areas (not on Sunday), maid service in the rooms and linens and towels change on Wednesday.

Payment: 30% at booking confirmation
70% within one week before arrival

Additional services:

Cook (for a minimum of 6 persons) Euro 420,00 for groups of 6-10 people, Euro 570,00 for groups of 11 to 16 people
Full service dinner Euro 50,00 per person
Pre-arrival shopping: Service Euro 30,00 + shopping list
Additional maid service for the rooms: Euro 15,00 per hour

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following charges apply in case of cancellation:
- From one day up to one week before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- From one to three weeks before arrival: 80% of the total amount
- From four to six weeks before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- From seven to nine weeks before arrival: 40% of the total amount
- From ten weeks before arrival on: 20% of the total amount
